CALL MEETING TO ORDER:
At 7:00pm acting Chairman, Martin Fitzgerald called the meeting to order.
INTRODUCTION OF BOARD MEMBERS:
Acting Chairman, Martin Fitzgerald, Glenn McKee, Bill Pittman, Lindsay Mydlarz, George Ianson, Jon Hanna and ZEO, Cathy Clark. Absent: Robert Goetsch
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MEETING OF: August 27, 2009
Jon Hanna made the motion to approve the minutes of August 27, 2009. Lindsay Mydlarz 2nd the motion.
Roll Call vote: Ayes: Martin Fitzgerald, Glenn McKee, Bill Pittman, Lindsay Mydlarz, George Ianson and Jon Hanna. Nays: none. Motion passed 6-0
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Martin Fitzgerald read the following:
MANN (43.13-1-20) 34 Bayberry Lane (TR-1)
The applicant would like to expand an existing deck. If approved the deck would sit 42’ from Jenkins Brook.
Zoning issue: 160-50 Shoreline setback
ZEO, Cathy Clark reviewed the applicant with the Zoning Board members. She stated that the deck will be an expansion of the current deck.
A site visit will be performed by the Zoning Board members on their own.
Jon Hanna made a motion to deem the application complete. Lindsay Mydlarz 2nd the motion.
