Robert Goetsch called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Martin Fitzgerald moved, and Glenn McKee seconded a motion to approve the 9/27/2007 minutes as written.
Vote: Carried, 4-0
Ayes: Goetsch, Fitzgerald, McKee, Mydlarz

Ms. Clark requested the Board’s interpretation of the above section of the code. Specifically, does the condition listed for the conversion of use 160-63 B pertain only to the conversion of use or does it pertain to the entire section?
Would a variance be required to remove an existing structure and replace it with two houses (that would have the same total square footage)?
After discussion the Board agreed that the conditions listed in section 160-63 B pertained to the entire section and that a variance would be needed to replace with two structures.
Martin Fitzgerald moved to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Lindsay Mydlarz seconded.
