Call to order

The meeting was called to order by Robert Goetsch at 7:00 pm.

Minutes

After Board introductions, the minutes from January 25, 2007 were approved as written. Motion by Lindsay Mydlarz, second by George Ianson.

Zoning Issue: Section 160-62 (A)

The applicants would like to add a second story to a legal non-conforming home. Although the footprint would remain the same, the living space would increase by 100% if approved.

The Board reviewed the application and determined it to be complete. Glen McKee moved to schedule a Public Hearing for April 26, 2007. George Ianson seconded.

Vote: Carried, 6-0

A Site visit was scheduled for March 28, 2007 at 6:00 pm. At the Marschners’ request, Cathy Clark will call in advance of the visit.

At 7:09 pm, George Ianson moved to adjourn the meeting. Lindsay Mydlarz seconded the motion.
