SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR 2012

OCTOBER 5, 2011

4:00 PM

MEMBERS PRESENT:         Supervisor Belden                   E. Frasier

                                                M. Martucci

Motion by R. Meola seconded by E. Frasier to open the special meeting at 4:00 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Town Clerk presented the 2012 Tentative Budget to the Board.

The Town Board will hold a workshop meeting on Thursday October 13, 2011 at 4:00 pm.

Supervisor Belden mentioned that the Tentative Budget has a 15% increase to Health Insurance.  We possibly might have to increase this percentage or look at different policies.

A brief discussion on the increase to the Hague Fire & Ambulance portion of the budget based on the $90,000 a year to provide  BLS for 1 year, 7 days per week 12 hrs per day with local BLS supplementing the remaining hours.   The Hague Fire Department tentatively has a public informational meeting scheduled on 10/25/2011 at 7:00 pm at the Hague Fire Dept. to answer any questions in regards to E5 Support Service, LLC

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by R. Meola to adjourn meeting at 4:15 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
