SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

JANUARY 31, 2011

MEMBERS PRESENT:         Supervisor Belden                   Edna Frasier

                                                Dick Gladu                             Rudy Meola

                                                Mark Martucci

Motion by M. Martucci , seconded by R. Gladu to open the meeting at 10:30 am to speak with Attorney Viscardi on a conference call requested by Mr. Viscardi.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Meola to appoint E. Frasier as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by M. Martucci to go into executive session at 10:35 am.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by R. Gladu to go out of executive session at 11:00 am.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Supervisor Belden briefly discussed with the Board health insurance with the County.  It does not look like we will be able to participate with them.

Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by E. Frasier to adjourn meeting at 11:15 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
