HAGUE TOWN BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING

INSURANCE

APRIL 25, 2010

3:00 PM

Members present:  Supervisor Belden, E. Frasier, R. Gladu, R. Meola and M .Martucci.

Also present:  Mark Carpenter, Upstate Insurance

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 3:00 pm.

Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by R. Gladu to Motion by R. Meola, seconded by R. Gladu to appoint E. Frasier as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Mark Carpenter went through the Towns policies with the Board explaining what we had for coverage.

Selective Insurance Company recommended that the Town of Hague sign an indemnification agreement with any contractor we hire.  Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by E. Frasier to accept the Insurance Policy.

R. Meola brought to the Boards attention that on April 7, 2010 at a special meeting it was agreed to send a letter to the Town Attorney pertaining to his last bill of March 11, 2010 on Sewer District #2.  On April 14, 2010, we agreed to hold his check and send him a letter requesting more information on the charges.  We were contradictory as we then sent him his check.

Motion by M .Martucci, seconded by M. Martucci to adjourn meeting at 4:00 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
