TOWN BOARD MEETING

APRIL 7, 2010

3:00 PM

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Supervisor Belden, E. Frasier, R. Meola, R. Gladu and M. Martucci.

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 3:00 pm.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Meola to authorize E. Frasier to take minutes of the meeting.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Discussion centered around use of the building.  The vault must maintain records as required by records Retention Policy. 

Councilman Gladu’s areas of concern are the vault, kitchen, main room and basement.

Basement is done. 

Main Room - Ventilation needs to be checked.  E. Frasier will contact Ray Supply to check out the acoustics and the need for wireless. 

Vault – Request Debbie Manning to have the supervisor’s records in vault area sorted by June 1, 2010.  Kim Coffin & Bert Dunsmore to help.

E. Frasier to contact vault person in Middlebury Vt. To see when he can come over to review and make recommendations to the Board.

M. Martucci and E. Frasier will check with other towns as to vault & assessors space.

Pantry needs to be modernized.  Eliminate grill, deep fryer and pizza ovens.

Discussed usage of other rooms.

R. Meola expressed concerns over the March 10, 2010 Sewer District #2 bill from the Town Attorney, in that some of the charges are not related to Sewer District #2.  The Town Board will pay only what is applicable to Sewer District #2.  The Board will finalize its discussion at a later date.

R. Gladu said that AT&T is interested in pursuing a cell tower at the Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Supervisor Belden is to contact Supervisor Malaney about a mutual meeting.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by M. Martucci to adjourn meeting at 5:00 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
