ALSO PRESENT:  Donny Smith, Highway Superintendent

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 10:00 am.  Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by M. Martucci to appoint E. Frasier as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by M .Martucci to go into executive session to discuss personnel – highway at 10:05 am.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by E. Frasier to return to open session at 11:05 am.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

There was no action taken.

Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by R. Meola to adjourn meeting at 11:10 am.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
