Absent: R. Gladu
Motion by R. Meola, seconded by M. Martucci to open the special meeting at 4:00 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
The Town Clerk presented the 2010 Tentative Budget to the Town Board.

AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN WARREN COUNTY AND THE TOWN OF HAGUE
FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE WARREN COUNTY QUADRICENTENNIAL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town of Hague desires to participate in the County Quadricentnnial Program that will celebrate the upcoming 400th anniversary of the explorations of Henry Hudson which provides an opportunity for Warren County communities to invest in tourism infrastructure that will benefit the region for years to come. Through the implementation of a “palette” of projects that will help the thirteen Warren County communities “meet and greet” the visitor and deliver an authentic experience that will be able to ensure a unified presentation of Warren County, attract national and international travelers, and deliver a “seamless” visitor experience for the Quadricentennial and years to come.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town of Hague to cooperate with the County of Warren in the development of the activities related to said project, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Hague targeted project for the County Quad Program includes two video minutes and a website link for the First Wilderness Heritage Corridor that no more than $3,461 of Quad funds will be available for reimbursement under the program, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor of the Town of Hague be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to enter into an intermunicipal agreement provided by the County of Warren on behalf of the Town with the County of Warren.

The Town Board will hold a workshop meeting on the 2010 Budget, Monday October 5, 2009 at 3:00 pm.
Three companies were contacted asking to submit a proposal for cleaning the duck work at the Community Center. One proposal was received from All Pro Cleaning Services in the amount of $1,350.00.
Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by M. Martucci to accept All Pro Cleaning Services proposal in the amount of $1,350.00. They will clean the trunk lines, ducts and return vents. Apply antimicrobial to all lines, ducts and vents. All voting yes. Motion carried.
An Engineering firm will be contacted to review the Community Center basement area to find a solution to the mold/moisture problem.
Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by M. Martucci that beginning October 5, 2009 William O’Leary will be paid $15.00 per hour as Wastewater Treatment Assistant. AYES: Supervisor Belden, E. Frasier, M. Martucci. NAYS: R. Meola. Motion carried.
Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by M. Martucci to adjourn meeting at 4:30 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
