SPECIAL MEETING WITH

HAGUE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

MAY 8, 2008

4:00 PM

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Supervisor Belden, E. Frasier, R. Gladu, and M. Martucci.

Absent:  R. Meola.

Jim Young, Co Fire Chief /John Barber President of Fire Dept. Board

Motion by R. Gladu, seconded by E. Frasier to open the meeting at 4:00 pm.

The representatives of the Hague Fire Dept. reviewed the Quarterly report with the Town Board members.  Each Quarter the Dept. will submit a written report to the Board.  The Fire Dept. has been working on tightening up of general procedures.  The Fire Dept. has a new Finance Committee, the members are:  Ken Parlin, Chris Johnson, and Steven Young.

Supervisor Belden thanked Jim & John for taking their time in reviewing the report.

Motion by M. Martucci, seconded by E. Frasier to adjourn meeting at 4:25 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
