SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

April 21, 2008

12:30 PM

MEMBERS PRESENT:  E. Frasier, M. Martucci, R. Meola, and R. Gladu.

Absent:  Supervisor Belden

Meeting opened by Deputy Supervisor Frasier at 12:30 pm.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by M. Martucci to appoint E. Frasier as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Special Meeting scheduled for Wednesday April 23^rd will be changed to Thursday April 24^th at 12:30 pm.

Two Insurance proposals were received from Upstate and Cool.

Motion by R. Gladu, seconded by M. Martucci to accept Insurance proposals from Upstate and Cool Insurance Company.  The Board will review the submitted proposals and make a decision on April 24 at a Special Town Board meeting @ 12:30 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by R. Gladu, seconded by M. Martucci to adjourn meeting at 1:00 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
