SPECIAL MEETING

PERSONNEL

FEBRUARY 12, 2008

5:30 PM

Supervisor Belden opened the special meeting at 5:30 pm.

Members present:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu, E. Frasier, and M. Martucci.

Also present:  Donald Smith, Highway Superintendent and Jerry Frasier, Highway Employee.

It was motioned by E. Frasier, and seconded by R. Gladu to go into executive session at 5:35 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion  carried.

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by R. Meola to return to open session at 5:55 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Board will review and write down their recommendation on the time and one half call-in procedures.  A copy will be given to the Highway Department.

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by R. Gladu to close meeting at 5:58 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
