SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

AUDIT BOOKS

JANUARY 18, 2008

4:00 PM

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Supervisor Belden, E. Frasier, R. Gladu, M. Martucci, and R. Meola.

It was moved by E. Frasier, seconded by R. Gladu to open the meeting at 4:00 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Board reviewed the Town Clerk, Tax Collector, Sewer Collector, and Supervisor’s books.  The Justice books will audited at a later date.

Motion by R. Gladu, seconded by E. Frasier to approve the books of the Supervisor’s, Town Clerk, Tax Collectors, and Sewer Collectors.  The Judge will be notified to leave her books in the Town Clerks office for review and the Board will discuss and motion at the February regular meeting.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Board discussed the Historians request for a work room.  The Board will look into different possibilities.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by M. Martucci to adjourn meeting at 4:50 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
