SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

PARK ATTENDANTS

MEMBERS PRESENT:         Supervisor Belden                   Thomas LaPointe

                                                Richard Gladu                                    Edna Frasier

ABSENT:  Arthur Steitz

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by R. Gladu to open the meeting at 7:57 am.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by Supervisor Belden to appoint T. LaPointe as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The purpose of calling this meeting on such short notice was to hire the Park Attendants for Memorial Day weekend. 

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by T. LaPointe to hire Scott Barringer as Park Attendant for the 2007 summer season, Monday – Friday 8 am to 3 pm and  Kacheena Trudeau as Park Attendant Friday – Sunday 8 am to 3 pm. Kacheena will also be watering the flowers.  Both attendants will be paid $10.00 per hour.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by E. Frasier seconded by T. LaPointe to close the meeting at 8:09 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
