SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

Waterfront Park Enhancements

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 2:30 pm.

Elan Planners:

Elan Planners reviewed the plans for the Waterfront Enhancement Project.  The Town Board will do the lighting/electrical down at the Town boat slip upon completion of the project. 

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by A. Steitz to accept and approve the Map, Plan and Report submitted by élan Planners for the Town of Hague Waterfront Park Enhancement project.  AYES:  Supervisor Belden, A. Steitz, E. Frasier, and R. Gladu.  Motion carried.

Sealed bids on this project will be opened on April 17, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. with the Town Board meeting to review the bids at 1:30 pm. The Town Board, Enhancement Committee and Elan Planners will proceed to the American Legion property to review and discuss different options to enhance the area.

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by A. Steitz to adjourn meeting at 3:25 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
