SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

WATERFRONT PARK ENHANCEMENTS

MARCH 19, 2007

Meeting called to order by Supervisor Belden at 3:35 pm.

Members present:  Supervisor Belden, A. Steitz, E. Frasier and R. Gladu.

Absent:  T. LaPointe.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by A. Stetiz to appoint E. Frasier as acting clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Board discussed the Waterfront Park plans.  Elan Planners were unable to attend.

A meeting is scheduled for March 26^th @ 2:30 pm with Elan Planners and the Enhancement Committee.

Motion by E. Frasier, seconded by A. Steitz to adjourn meeting at 3:55 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
