Also present: Mr. Viscardi, Town Attorney.

In the absence of Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, Deputy Supervisor opened the meeting at 4:22 pm.

Deputy Supervisor Meola called for a motion to appoint an Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.

Motion by R. Patchett, seconded by R. Gladu to appoint R. Meola as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes. Ayes: R. Patchett, R. Meola L. Megow and R. Gladu. Nays: None. Motion carried.

Because the agenda items are related to negotiations and litigations, Deputy Supervisor Meola called for and executive session at 4:25 pm, seconded by R. Gladu. AYES: Deputy Supervisor Meola, R. Gladu, R. Patchett and Supervisor Belden. NAYS: None. Motion carried.

The Town Attorney, Mr. Viscardi reviewed the proposed agreement with Silver Bay Association and the memo from Mr. McNally dealing with Brennan and the Cartwright’s tax certiorari.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by L. Megow to reconvene to special session at 5:25 pm. AYES: Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, L. Megow, R. Gladu and R. Patchett. NAYS: None. Motion carried.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Patchett to accept the recommendations of Judge Aulisi of $1,350,000 assessment on the Cartwright property and inform Mr. McNally of the decision. AYES: Supervisor Belden, R. Patchett, L. Megow and R. Gladu. NAYS: R. Meola. Motion carried.

Motion by R. Gladu, seconded by L. Megow that the Town Supervisor is authorized to have Reale Construction expand the work at the boat launch to include the entire length of the sheet pile wall. AYES: Supervisor Belden, R. Gladu, L. Megow, R. Meola and R. Patchett. Motion carried.

Motion by R. Patchett, seconded by L. Megow to adjourn meeting at 5:30 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
