SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

4/25/2005

3:00 PM

Present:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Patchett and R. Gladu.

Absent:  L. Megow.

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 3:05 pm.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Gladu to appoint R. Meola as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes. .  Ayes:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu and R. Patchett.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by R. Patchett to adjourn to executive session at 3:10 pm to discuss negotiations with Silver Bay Association.  .  Ayes:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu and R. Patchett.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.

It was moved by R. Meola and seconded by R. Gladu to reconvene to special session at 4:20 pm. Ayes:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu and R. Patchett.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Meola that the agreement with Silver Bay Association signed on April 13, 1999 be modified to increase the voluntary contribution to $25,000 for the year ending 12/31/2005.  The term of the agreement to be for one year 2005.  All other terms and conditions to remain the same. Silver Bay Association will prepare the agreement, subject to review by the Town Attorney.  Ayes:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu and R. Patchett.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by R. Patchett to adjourn the Special Meeting at 4:25 pm.    Ayes:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu and R. Patchett.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.
