Informational meeting opened at 6:30 pm.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Gladu to appoint R. Meola as recording secretary for the purpose of recording minutes. All voting yes. Motion carried.

Mr. Myers and Ms. Martin gave a history of the Lake George Association’s involvement to date for the storm water management and erosion control of the Hague Brook going back to 1999. This last project involved the establishment of a sediment retention pond on West Hague on the Donald Smith property.

LGA will provide the funds and will secure all necessary permits. Mr. Smith shall grant the town a permanent easement agreement. The town will provide in-kind services.

A contract has been prepared and will be signed by all concerned parties at a later date.
