SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

OCTOBER 12, 2005

4:00 PM

Members present:  Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu, L. Megow, and R. Gladu.

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 4:20 pm.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by L. Megow to appoint R. Meola as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

The Town Board worked its way thru the budget and arrived at a proposed preliminary budget to be acted upon at the Budget Hearing scheduled for November 9, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION #63, OF 2005

RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE TOWN OF WELLS RESOLUTION IN OPPOSITION TO THE PROPOSED FORCED ABANDONMENT OF A TOWN ROAD.

Resolution introduced by Supervisor Belden, seconded by Robert Patchett.

RESOLVED,  that the Town Board of the Town of Hague unanimously supports the Town of Wells Resolution in opposition to the proposed forced abandonment of a Town Road by the State of New York.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:

AYES:  Supervisor Belden, Robert Patchett, Lu Megow, Rudolph Meola and Richard Gladu.

Motion by L. Megow, seconded by R. Gladu to adjourn meeting at 5:50 p.m.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
