BUDGET WORKSHOP

Members present: Supervisor Belden, R. Meola, R. Gladu and L. Megow (4:15 pm).

Supervisor Belden called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm.

Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Gladu to appoint R. Meola as recording secretary for the purpose of recording minutes. All voting yes. Motion carried.

The Town Board proceeded to work its way thru the 2005 Budget.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by R. Gladu to go into executive session at 4:45 pm to discuss terms and conditions of employment in regards to hourly and salary personnel. All voting yes. Motion carried.

Motion by R. Meola seconded by R. Gladu to return to open session at 6:20 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.

Motion by L. Megow, seconded by R. Gladu to adjourn meeting at 6:21 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
