Motion by R. Meola, seconded by R. Gladu to go into executive session to discuss terms and conditions of employment. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by R. Meola seconded by L. Megow to return to open session at 2:25 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by R. Meola, seconded by L. Megow to adjourn meeting at 2:26 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
