Supervisor Belden opened the Budget Workshop at 3:00 pm.
Mr. John McDonald spoke on behalf of the Ticonderoga “Black Watch Library
Expansion Program.” There are approximately 450 users of the library from the
Town of Hague. The Library Committee is asking the Town Board to help sponsor
the Expansion program. The only legal way the Town of Hague can help with
support of the Library would be to negotiate a shared service contract between
the Town of Hague & the Black Watch Library.
The Board will review the request and explore various options to provide library services to the residents of Hague.
