SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

NOVEMBER 4, 2004

Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 10:05 am. 

Motion by L. Megow, seconded by R. Gladu to appoint R. Meola as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Mr. Lamy and Mr. Ingraham reviewed the problem areas of the sewer system during cold weather.  They made recommendations to resolve these problems, which are and will be addressed.  The group also discussed the punch list.  Mr. Costello will work with Mr. Lamy and Mr. Ingraham to resolve these problems.  The meeting concluded at 11:40 am.

At 11:45 a.m. the town began to interview candidates Tom LaPointe and Cathy Clark for the vacant Town Board position.

Motion by R. Meola, seconded by L. Megow to go into executive session to discuss personnel appointment.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.

Motion by L. Megow, seconded by R. Gladu to return to open session at 1:00 pm.  All voting yes.  Motion carried.
