Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 10:20 am.
Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by W. Bothe to appoint R. Meola as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by R. Meola, seconded by W. Bothe to move to executive session to discuss possible litigations. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by R. Meola, seconded by L. Megow to return to open session at 10:35 am. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by W. Bothe, seconded by L. Megow to adjourn meeting at 10:35 am. All voting yes. Motion carried.
