Members present: Supervisor Belden, L. Megow, R. Meola, R. Gladu and W. Bothe.
Supervisor Belden opened the meeting at 4:15 pm to discuss personnel issue.
Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by
R. Gladu to go into executive session to discuss personnel issue at the
Motion by R. Gladu, seconded by W. Bothe to return to open session at 5:35 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by L. Megow that the Board authorize the Personnel Committee to draft a letter for the Town Board asking for the Lifeguard resignation and their personnel file will not reflect this matter. The Board will review this letter before sending it.
AYES: Supervisor Belden, R. Gladu, W. Bothe, R. Meola and L. Megow.
NAYS: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Gladu authorizing the Personnel Committee to hire lifeguards as needed, providing the individual has NYS Certification. All voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Supervisor Belden, seconded by R. Meola to adjourn meeting at 5:55 pm. All voting yes. Motion carried.
