A. Graham Bailey, ZEO, David Martucci, Assessor, Tim Costello, Sewer Plant Manager, R. Meola, Councilman and Debbie Manning, Town Clerk met to discuss the procedure for Sewer District User Fee’s for new construction.

 

Any new construction which is completed by of June 1, of each year will be billed for full value and a adjust sewer bill will be sent to the owners.  This procedure will be based upon the hookup permit being issued.  Any hook up permit issued prior to June 1 of each year for new construction will be billed for the following year at full value.
