Continuation of the September 4, 2008 Planning Board meeting

E J Siwek reopened the meeting at the Site of the Clark proposed subdivision

9051 Lakeshore Drive: Time: 9:10

Members in attendance Chairman E J Siwek, Martin Fitzgerald, Sr., Pam Peterson, & Rolly Allen.  Bruce Clark & John Brown will visit the site at a future time.

The purpose of the site visit was to gather needed information to complete Appendix C, State Environmental Quality Review ( SEQR) Short Form for Unlisted Actions.

After reviewing the site and the Subdivision survey, as submitted by the applicant, the members in attendance felt that more information was needed to assess environmental and development concerns.  They also would like to consult with the Town Attorney, Dominick Viscardi on subdivision rulings.

It was decided to postpone the scheduled October 2, 2008 Hearing for the Clark Subdivision application until all requested information has been submitted to the Board.

Roll Call Vote: Ayes: E J Siwek, Martin Fitzgerald, Sr., Pam Peterson, & Rolly Allen.

Motion to Adjourn was made at 10:30 am by Siwek, 2^nd. Allen. Motion passed 4-0
