Pam Peterson and Rolly Allen reported no problems were noted during Site Visits made to the property.

There are no plans to cut any trees. Poison ivy was recently removed from the area. New shrubs will be planted.
He does not foresee any problems with erosion.
The existing staircase will be removed. New stairs will stay within the footprint of the deck.

The applicant is requesting approval to construct a one family home to be located 75 ft. from a brook. The engineered septic system’s leach field will maintain a 100 ft. setback from the brook and neighboring wells.
On June 7, 2001 the Planning Board approved a similar application for a house located 75 ft. from the brook.
Planning Board issue: 160-27 C (1) (d) development within 100 ft. of a stream.
Property owner Andrew Cornell and Engineer Tom Jarret presented the plans to the Board.
The building will be a three-bedroom, log cabin-type structure.
The property has a very steep slope. Storm water and erosion control plans are in place.
The LGPC has issued a storm water permit.
Pam Peterson commented:
1) Why aren’t the test pits in the area where leach field is placed?
2) The MHW of 42 inches was stated. She requested clarification of how that number was determined.
3) She requested input from the Lake George Waterkeeper.
A motion to accept the application as complete was heard from E.J. Siwek and seconded by Bruce Clark.

Mr. Cornell gave Planning Board members permission to access the site.
On November 6, 2003 the Planning Board approved a four lot subdivision for a 15.9 acre property. Although the survey was filed with the Town of Hague Zoning office, it was never signed or stamped by the Planning Board Clerk. When a deed for lot #24-1-34.2 was filed in the Warren County Clerk’s office in 2004, the Warren County Department of Real Property and Taxation created a three lot subdivision.
Mr. Belden appeared before the Board to request his survey be signed and stamped so it may be properly recorded at the County.
Rolly Allen made a motion to acknowledge the clerical error and to authorize the stamping of the document as submitted. John Brown seconded.
