Continuation of the 01.06.05 meeting

January 22, 2005 - Site Visits

The entire group assembled at the Hague Community Center at 9:00 am.

Variance recommendation

Icke, 16.14-1-16, Waltonian Rd., TR-1

After a visit to the site, the group met at the Hague Market where they briefly reviewed the history of the property.

Motion made by Pam Peterson:

To recommend approval of the variance to extend the roof overhang as stated on the application with the following conditions:

            Adequate storm water plans be included

            Septic is adequate and functioning properly

R. Allen seconded the motion.

Vote: Approved 6-0

Craig, 60.13-1-13, Red Fox Lane, TR-1

Members of the Planning Board were joined by R. Goetsch, acting as contractor for the project, at the Craig property in Arcady Bay Estates. Mr. Craig wishes to enlarge an existing deck and add a roof over it.

Motion: C. Clark moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:02 am. P. Peterson seconded.

Vote: Approved, 6-0
