The Registrar of Vital Statistics
Issues Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, and Marriage Licenses

 


Certified Copies of Vital Records are available for a $10 fee per copy. 

Request forms can be printed using the links below or obtained in person at the Town Clerk's office.

The Town of Hague began to officially maintain Birth, Death, and Marriage Records in 1887 as required by State Legislature.

Genealogy Research Records are available for:

-Birth certificates - if on file for at least 75 years and the person whose name is on the birth certificate is known to be deceased.
-Death certificates - if on file for at least 50 years.
-Marriage certificates - if on file for at least 50 years and the bride and groom are both known to be deceased.
